TL Activities:

  • Get run sheets and hand out to team members – auditorium and broadcast
  • Visit all team members and check they have everything they need and identify any problems.
  • Turn on TVs outside
  • Help hosts and preacher get what they need
  • Ask preacher about teleprompter, stage display config, timer.
  • Check videos are setup
  • Check that stage is clear of unnecessary items
  • Turn on stack stone projector

At 8:45:

  • Preacher mic sound check
  • Handheld mic sound check
  • Teleprompter check
  • Clicker check
  • Run through videos and test audio
  • Step through each item with propreseter operater

9:00

  • Full team discussion

9:15

  • Get lights running
  • Get theme slide on screen
  • Get music playing
  • Open doors

9:20

  • Make sure stream is good to go

9:25

  • Start stream
  • Press A/B switch to broadcast
  • Start recording

9:30

  • Service commences

During Service:

  • Make sure lyrics slides change at appropriate time.
  • Remind data operator during song set 2 (offering) to show the “kids go out” graphic when offering collectors have left the auditorium.
  • Watch over data operator during sermon to ensure slides are correct and/or clicker works.

Post Service

  • Turn off stack stone projector
  • Check batteries are charging
